The Dojo officially opened January 2, 2017. It has been a tremendous honor to serve the neighboring communities. We work hard to combine top-notch professionalism in our business, while upholding the rich standards of traditional Japanese martial arts training. Our dojo is clean and spacious, with changing rooms for students, a pro-shop area and a very open area for training space. Whether you are coming to The Dojo as a student, parent, or just as a spectator, you'll be sure to discover that all are welcome!
At The Dojo, we offer a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our school's curriculum is structured to ensure the continual progress and development of each and every student. We pride ourselves on teaching, using positive reinforcement, creating a positive atmosphere for students to benefit from.
At The Dojo, we study out of the Zen Bei Butoku-Kai International. The Zen Bei is an organization that is committed to upholding the standards of traditional martial arts training, as taught by founder O'Sensei Richard Kim. The current head of the Zen Bei Butoku-Kai is Sensei Brian Ricci, senior student to O'Sensei Richard Kim.

The Dojo is an institution dedicated to the preservation and passing on of traditional martial arts. We are a school committed to the development of our students, both in “The Dojo” as martial artist, and as positive role models in our community. We have a goal to reach as many people as we can to help them better their lives through the structure of our classes, the importance of dedication, and the rewards of hard work and accomplishing goals. We aim to provide classes that will make you sweat, smile and learn. We say a martial artist is an artist of life, and at “The Dojo” our teachings will benefit our students physically, mentally, and spiritually, with the goal of the betterment of our society.
